Common questions
How long does a website take?
Usually 2–4 weeks. A simple site can be ready in a week; a full online store takes about six.
Can I edit the site myself after launch?
Yes. You get a visual admin panel for prices, photos and text, and changes go live within minutes.
What do I need to prepare?
Your business name, logo, contact details and some photos. We can write the copy and translations.
Can I have only Chinese or only English?
Yes. In Ottawa, though, a bilingual site reaches both audiences, so we usually recommend it.
What do the domain and hosting cost?
A domain is about $20–30 a year. Hosting is spelled out in your quote, and for most businesses it's free.
Will my site show up on Google?
